Abilities: 
Chaos Empowerment: becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. by/from chaos
Electrical Immunity: completly immune to lightning and electricity 
Possession: Able to possess inanimate and living things, even his enemies. 

Chaos and Reality altering based Powers: 
Discord Inducement: He can cause conflict/disagreement/incompatibility between others to disorganize individuals/groups or cause internal strife.
Probability Manipulation: He can manipulate the probability of an event to happen, making unlikely things occur more often or instantly and preventing liable events from happening. They can cause and prevent both good and bad luck, sudden deaths, natural disasters, and even apocalyptic events.
Mental projection: He can project their thoughts, consciousness, emotions into reality
Jinx: can bring bad luck to those around him with a snap of his fingers 
Psychosomatic Illusion: he can create illusions that are so realistic and powerful they can cause physical effects (cuts, bruises, burns, etc) to appear on the target and affect surroundings as they were real.
Lexiconicy: able to write or say a word to make it appear in reality.
